We had a visitor today in our back yard!

Look who came to visit today in our back yard! Wiley (E. Coyote)! He has been hanging around for a few months now, but usually at dusk or dawn so I can't get a picture. So today when it was mid-morning and I was working from home I grabbed a few shots. Of course by the time I ran to get the camera and came back he had moved farther away - probably was from Chloe barking hysterically wanting to go out and play!

I also got my last week 1 block done, and my first week 2 block!

I see you used flying geese instead of all those hst's. I was considering that too as who needs more seams! Looks great! I got 4 blocks done today.

Tomorrow is the quilt show!!YIPPEE!

Just love the graphic nature of 'block 2' What's it's name?
Around here, when we hear the coyotes yipping and Harper acts like she wants to go out and play . . . we admonish her that those are 'the bad kids' and we don't want them for friends *s*

Wow. Mr. Coyote is a pretty good size, isn't he! Looks like he's pretty healthy too. You've got some terrific shots of him.

Wow -- look at that coyote! Hope you don't have any small dogs or cats in the area! I'm thinking I missed the boat somewhere on these civil war blocks everyone is doing -- they're all looking so great!

Hi Dawn, your Civil War blocks are just wonderful! Maybe I can gain some inspiration and get back to making mine. I think it was late 2006 I bought the stuff, and quit after 2 blocks. Life just keeps happening. I'll check out your link. Thanks for sharing all the beautiful pictures. Looks like GB was a fun trip! Hugs, Finn
