I agree about getting the aussie, having her has really enhanced our lives. She's smart -- sometimes too smart and definitely has opinions on how her day should go. Harper is mixed with Golden Retriever, another great breed. But she gets confused sometimes. She will "retrieve" the ball, but won't bring it back. She has her own herding game she likes to play. It can be frustrating -- we call it Not Ball.<BR/>Try to stay cool.Libbyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17872055894285312153noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-15928662.post-1154270925824536182006-07-30T07:48:00.000-07:002006-07-30T07:48:00.000-07:00Hey you didn't fail... What CarGuy & I did was put a large (18" diameter) high-powered fan at the base of the stairs and pointed it towards the top. It sucks some of the cool out of the basement and pushes it up. The ceiling fans in the other rooms help to distribute it. It creates a convection and the ac doesn't have to work so hard. The fan is a "Vornado". /paulaPaula, the quilterhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17662592713610165406noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-15928662.post-1154259458960831562006-07-30T04:37:00.000-07:002006-07-30T04:37:00.000-07:00why d'you think you failed - I've looked at severa...why d'you think you failed - I've looked at several of these on peoples blogs over the past day or two and want to do one but can't give a one word answer to any of the questions - what does that say about me? - verbal diarrhoea or what :o) As my dad always says 'I've been vaccinated with a gramophone needle'Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08352283065863856112noreply@blogger.com
