Queen Victoria Building, Sydney



While in Sydney we went shopping in this gorgeous building - the Queen Victoria Building. It is absolutely beautiful. Inside and out!

And the stained glass and ceiling.



But most of all - the floors!

    I think I would be so busy enjoying the building, I wouldn't spend a cent, lol.

  8. I take pics of floors and tilework, too! Love that star pattern with the cornerstones....the colors work so well....and some great borders, too.....I might have to make a quilt of that! lol

  11. beautiful! I think one of the reasons why I love tile work and stained glass is because of how similar the look is to quilting.
