Here are the fabric requirements for the Quilting Tool Caddy. I'll post these today and on Friday we will celebrate (nothing special) by posting the instructions. This will give you a few days to gather your stuff. And if you make one - I want to see it!
Here is what you need to gather for Friday:5" x 7" acrylic photo frame (you can get them for $1 at dollar stores and walmarts)
Main Fabric - Pre-quilted fabric 6" x 15"I found the pre-quilted fabric gives the base of the sleeve just a bit more of a foundation for the sleeve
Big Front Pocket - 6-1/2" x 11"Little Front Pocket - 6-1/2" x 8-1/4"Back Pocket - 6-1/2" x 10"Until Friday - Have fun gathering!
WHOOHOOO!

ReplyDeleteYou are THE BEST!!! :d I'm off to gather my supplies. Hugs
ReplyDeleteThanks for the tutorial
ReplyDeleteOK, I have my frames, prepped 8 (I think) and I'm ready to sew. But won't be able to do it til later tomorrow as DH is having a back injection & I'm the chauffeur!
ReplyDeleteAren't they easy? Shame you had to make your own pattern. I was given one back in 2009. Contacted the person who gave it to me for permission to work up a tutorial and share it with a group of quilting friend. I posted the tutorial a while back, and shared it on the HGTV quilting forum...during a Friday night PJ party.
