What I"ve been working on

I've been slowly working on several projects. I haven't quite gotten back into big time sewing since I've been back from vacation, but I have finished a few little things. First off I bought this monkey pattern and kit at the quilt show in Melbourne - isn't he cute. You have to love the monkey boxer shorts! It is called Magoo by Melly and Me.

I worked on my Winter Wonderland redwork over in Australia and finished this block up after I got home.

I also told Karen at Log Cabin Quilter that I would show her my spring wall hanging like she made and my Ginger Cookie Company Sunflower runner. I made these a long time ago, but it is always nice to get them out and share.

A bit under the weather

I"ve been feeling just plain yucky lately. Fighting the winter sinus stuff. But I did finish the sewing caddies!

And look at this one! Isn't it adorable!

Over Christmas I also finished this block to my Winter Wonderland redword quilt. Just got around to taking pictures.

And I finally started Lori's Midnight Stars.

There is nothing like a new ironing board cover!

There is nothing like a new ironing board cover, is there! I took some time this weekend and recovered my big board. It is so pretty now I might not be able to use it!

Been working on my Winter Wonderland redwork a bit also. This is a large block, so this is only a portion, but I"m glad to have that tree done!

Winter Wonderland

I finished another Winter Wonderland block! 3 small ones done - a million (or so it seems) to go! But I did draw out the biggest block with the verse and music on it and got it basted this weekend to take to mom's to work on! That will feel good to have that one done!

Thats all - been way too busy for much else! Well ok, I did get these little beauties done for a secret project I"ve been working on. Hopefully when I get back from mom's I"ll be able to share with you the results! (and yeah - it is a bad picture - like I said, I've been busy and I just clicked one quick!
