What more could a girl want, quilting and pizza! Emily made the yummy pizza above for dinner tonight. All from scratch I might add! It was sooo good.
I spent the afternoon putting binding on our guilds raffle quilt. It is Bonnie Hunter's pattern Cathedral Stars. Didn't it turn out great! It is huge! Took me all afternoon to trim the batting, make the binding and get it on the quilt. Now to get the sleeve and binding sewn down before the Rosemont Spring Quilt Festival. Our guild gets to display it and sell tickets on Friday, so the clock is ticking!

Love the quilting on it.. and the colours!..

Oh my...Oh my...that is THE very quilt I have been cutting and sewing 4 patches for the last 2 days...I just LOVE it!!!
Absolutely gorgeous. WOW! The colors are wonderful, quilting wonderful. It is really tempting me to start something new instead of sticking with my resolution to finish UFO's. Pizza looks great, too.
Someone is going to be quite the lucky raffle winner. The quilt and the quilting are beautiful!
WOW!!! Just beautiful!! Who did the quilting. That too, is beatiful. Luck Me. I'll be at Rosemont. Which means I'll be buying some raffle tickets in addition to all that other wonderful "must-haves". Do you know yet where the quilt will be on display? Rosemont is soooo large, I's had to miss the quilt.
Good Luck with the sales!!
oops,I missed my question mark at the end of "Who did the quilting?", AND I should've written "Lucky me", not Luck me...AND my last sentence, wow, what a doozie...should read.."I'd hate to miss the quilt." Sorry about all those typos. Guess I'm more tired than I realize. Must be time for bed...
Yummy! And then I mean both the pizza (making me hungry!) and the quilt! It really is a gorgeous version of Bonnies Cathedral Stars! I hope it brings lots of funds through the raffle! And whoever wins will be thrilled!
It's beautiful!! Wish I could see it in person!
What a daughter! She sure knows how to win a hard-working mom's heart!
