A bit from the past...

Just had to share this quilt I saw at guild last night. It is my friend Lynn's quilt - lucky girl! She was cleaning out a closet at her mom and dad's house and found this plastic tub. And what was inside? This gorgeous quilt! Is smelled a lot from being in the tub, but she soaked it in quilt soap and layed it out to dry and tah dah! A gorgeous old quilt with no smell!!!!

And RUN, don't walk, over to Bee in my Bonnet's giveaway above! You'll spend hours drooling over her INTENSE detailed patterns and ideas.

Wouldn't you just love to know why it was stuck in a tub and where it came from?

Wow, that is a find. Very lucky lady. What pattern is that?
Isn't it interesting what one finds in Mom & Dads closets? I rescued two quilts when we moved my parents to a retirement home.
