The quilt I"m using on the sides (or background, sidebar - whatever you want to call it) is called Martin's Pennies. I made it and finished it last December. You can see my post about it here.
It is a Carol Hopkins pattern. I love her stuff. I've made so many of them, but this one I hand quilted and love the effect. And I rarely do anything in blue, and I just love the brown and blue in this quilt.
Glad you are all enjoying it!

I love this little quilt Dawn. I seen Carol just last night while we were doing dinner before guild. I love all her stuff too!
I love the color combo in that quilt. I am so bad at color combos! That's probably why I go scrappy and bright because I can't manage anything else! I'll keep trying though!
What great fabrics in this quilt! I think your star blocks made the best looking charity quilt I've ever seen.
That's a sweet little quilt, Dawn. I love how you used it for your background.
Love browns and blues...have lots of that fabric in my stash. The star quilt will make some child very happy! (or some adult?!)
I love Carol Hopkins' patterns as well and this one is a definite favorite. It would be great in pink and brown, too.
I made a similar quilt using all Asian fabrics and Japanese indigos. The person I gave it too loved it! The colors you have chosen are beautiful.
You did a great job! Looks fabulous!
I love that little quilt. My friend just bought a kit to do one.
I love the little quilt in blues and browns. Looks great on the side bar too.
I have this same pattern and keep meaning to have a go at it. You've inspired me!
Wow, you changed your blog! It looks great, you clever lady! I admired that little quilt last time you showed it. Really a winner!
