UPDATE!!!! - Thanks to joulesB I got the answer on the first comment! Thank You! I will pass this along!
They are called Pinmoors. Check them out if you had no idea what I was talking about!
I had a friend at guild mention that she had seen on the web those straight pins you baste quilts with that have the little rubber/eraser like plugs you put on the end. I know I"ve seen a few blogs recently where some of you have tried them. HELP - I can't remember which blogs, or more importantly where you got those pins from? Any ideas?
Didn't want to leave you with no quilty pictures, so 2 more Dear Jane blocks!

they are pinmoors.. you can google them and buy them direct or go to quiltshops.com search for 'pinmoors' and you should get a few hits.. if you type 'pinmoors sale' it'll bring up the sites that have them on sale.. I think the'd be fantastic for dressmaking! no more ouchies when you take the item off!

I love seeing all your little DJ blocks. And your darling fabric choices!
Those pinmoors sound interesting! Might be a good thing for Santa to bring! :o)
Your DJ blocks look great - your applique is very nice!
I bought a bag to try them out. They work great. I also gave a bag to a friend who has lots of trouble closing a safety pin. She loves them.
Beautiful blocks!
That block is so interesting. I've never seen it before.
