I got just a tad done this weekend on my nephew's oriental quilt he wanted so badly! Like everyone, I'm just busy getting ready for the holidays and having kids home again. Well and being lazy..... ...
But I did get his fabric washed and cut out, and Section A done! Yup, section A was a tough one! I did more work on the "secret project" but of course can't show it .... shhh it is a secret!

You are really teasing us with that secret project LOL But it is soon christmas so we all have secrets now.
Ooooh, that is lovely fabric, so rich looking! C'mon, you can tell me the secret ... I won't tell!! *ggls* I can't wait to see what your secret is ...

Pretty fabrics - but of course they are nothing like your style! Hope you enjoy doing it more than I enjoyed working with the auction quilt!
Cool fabrics! Just nephew.
right is the word here. I do like them though and can't wait to see how they look all sewn together.
You must be making a turning twenty again? I used that pattern for my lady bug quilt, but accidentally got them switched a bit. But I think they will be okay.
oOOooh, like those fabrics for the oriental theme, especially that blue. :)
I have a half finished oriental fabric quilt top for my niece in a box somewhere...I had almost forgotten about it!
I like the colors...guy quilts can be difficult!
Dawn you've seen the sampler quilt I'm making for Romily, so you know I just adore Japanese fabrics. That is going to be one knock-out quilt for your nephew.
And not lazy...distracted!
Nice assortment or Orientals. Seeing a splash of blue is refreshing. My interest is piqued.
