I finally worked on the small thread organizers I wanted to make for my friends for xmas! OK, so I"m only a month late! But they did turn out cute!
I also got 2 more snowmen blocks done. I hope to work on some more thread organizers this afternoon for future gifts! Might as well get them made while I remember how to do it!

That fisherman snowman is just too cute! And I agree with you - keep making those adorable thread organizers while the method is fresh in your head - I just love making more than 1 of a pattern once I get it all figured out. Your friends are sure to love them!

They are very cute. It's great doing some little things. Gives you a real sense of satisfaction to get them finished.
I am with mcirish annie, is there a pattern or is it yours? I love snowman and have a collections of wooden ones. I may have to add quilted ones to my collection.

I don't do much applique or hand sewing myself, but I do have some friends that would probably really like them... or for little makeup organizers for traveling. :)
